Can I relist items?
Yes, you can easily relist items that didn't sell. Just go to your account, click “Ended Listings” and filter by "Cancelled/Unsold." From there, you can quickly relist the items without having to create a new listing. This streamlines the process, allowing you to get your items back in front of potential buyers quickly and efficiently, increasing the likelihood of a sale. You can also edit the advert before relisting, to give it that extra edge and hopefully land a sale second time around!
Do I have to use my own photos?
All photos and descriptions of your items must be original and created by you. The use of third-party photos or information is prohibited. Additionally, you cannot list copied materials such as music, books, artwork, instructional manuals, or photographs without the copyright owner’s consent.
How do I delete a listing?
To delete a listing, go to your profile, select the product you want to remove, and press the delete button. However, if the item has received any bids, you won't be able to delete the listing. This rule maintains the integrity of the auction process and ensures fairness for all participants, preventing any disruptions once bidding has begun.
How do I receive payment?
Payments should only be made/received through PayPal. Never accept payment offers away from the platform or PayPal. PayPal ensures both buyer and seller are protected at all times.
How many photos can I upload?
You can upload 8 photos per item. We recommend uploading at least 3 high-quality images to give buyers a clear view of your item. Great photos help buyers see the item's condition & appearance. Make sure you take photos from different angles, and include any labels/stickers that will help a buyer. It’s best to show any imperfections too, that way there’s no disappointment after your item sells. Visit https://jogiton.com/blogs/the-ultimate-guide-to-creating-the-perfect-listing for inspiration.
What are the seller fees?
We do not charge seller fees, making it cost-effective for you to list your items. However, there is a small optional fee of £0.75 + VAT if you choose to add a reserve price to your auction. Additionally, a small PayPal transaction fee will apply to all sales. This fee structure ensures that you can maximise your earnings while benefiting from our platform's extensive reach and features.

What is a fixed price listing?
A fixed price listing is where you sell at a specific, unchanging price. This is more like a traditional e-commerce store.
What is a reserve?
A reserve is the minimum price you are willing to accept for your item. While the auction can start at a lower amount, the item will only be sold if the bidding reaches or exceeds the reserve price. If the reserve price isn't met, the item won't be sold. Setting a reserve price ensures you receive a minimum acceptable amount for your item, protecting your investment and maximising your earnings from an auction.
