Yes, you can easily relist items that didn't sell. Just go to your account, click “Ended Listings” and filter by "Cancelled/Unsold." This streamlines the process, allowing you to get your items back in front of potential buyers quickly and efficiently, increasing the likelihood of a sale. You can also edit the advert before relisting, to give it that extra edge and hopefully land a sale second time around!
Do I have to use my own photos?
All photos and descriptions of your items must be original and created by you. The use of third-party photos or information is prohibited. Additionally, you cannot list copied materials such as music, books, artwork, instructional manuals, or photographs without the copyright owner’s consent.

How do I bid?
To bid on an item, make sure you’re logged into your account. Find the listing you're interested in. Click "Place Bid" and select your bid amount. You also have the option to set a maximum bid, which allows our system to automatically place bids on your behalf up to your max bid amount, to prevent you having to constantly monitor the auction. If you prefer to purchase the item immediately, look for listings with a "Buy It Now" option, which lets you secure the item and end the auction instantly.
How do I delete a listing?
To delete a listing, go to your profile, select the product you want to remove, and press the delete button. However, if the item has received any bids, you won't be able to delete the listing. This rule maintains the integrity of the auction process and ensures fairness for all participants, preventing any disruptions once bidding has begun.

How many photos can I upload?
You can upload 8 photos per item. We recommend uploading at least 3 high-quality images to give buyers a clear view of your item. Great photos help buyers see the item's condition & appearance. What is a fixed price listing?
A fixed price listing is where you sell at a specific, unchanging price. This is more like a traditional e-commerce store.
What is a reserve?
A reserve is the minimum price you are willing to accept for your item. While the auction can start at a lower amount, the item will only be sold if the bidding reaches or exceeds the reserve price. If the reserve price isn't met, the item won't be sold. Setting a reserve price ensures you receive a minimum acceptable amount for your item, protecting your investment and maximising your earnings from an auction.
What is buy it now?
A Buy It Now price is a set amount that the seller agrees to accept for the immediate purchase of the item. When a buyer agrees to pay this price, the auction ends immediately, and the payment process begins, securing the item for the buyer. This option is ideal for buyers who want to avoid the competitive bidding process and purchase the item outright.
